Quest officers and agents are trained at top-tier security schools, accredited and licensed by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) and the Department of Consumer Affairs in Sacramento, CA. In addition, our officers and agents undergo routine training at our facilities and at security training schools approved by the Bureau.

To ensure the highest level of performance, multiple training programs are administered on an ongoing basis, including Basic Security Training, Post Orders Site Orientation, Foot Patrol, Laws of Arrest and Detention, Report Writing, First Aid & CPR, and OSHA/Hazard-Free Workplace compliance.

Our training also covers Officer Safety, Employer Policies, Handling Difficult People, Crowd Control, Workplace Environment, and other topics specific to our clients’ security needs.
