Training:
Quest officers and agents are trained at top-notch security schools, accredited and licensed with the Bureau of Security Investigative services (B.S.I.S) and Consumer Affairs in Sacramento, CA.
Further, our officers and agents are routinely trained at our facilities and at security training schools approved by the Bureau.
In order to promote quality performance of our personnel – multiple training programs are administered on an ongoing basis including Basic Security Training, Post Orders Site Orientation training, Foot Patrol, Laws of Arrest / Detention, Report Writing, First Aid & CPR and OSHA/ Hazard-Free Workplace.
In addition, our training programs include Officer Safety, Employer Policies, Handling Difficult People, Crowd Control, Work Place Environment and training that is specific to our clients security needs.
